Africa Header

Amy McMurtrey, daughter of Dale & Laurie McMurtrey (and sister to Shawn), is going to Africa this summer. Amy will be working with All Nations, a ministry in South Africa and Mozambique (This ministry is headed up by Floyd Mclung, father of Misha Thompson). Amy will be working with children that have been orphaned and she has requested that we help her with some of the needs that they have in Africa.

Here is a list of items that we would like to start collecting:

  • Arts and crafts supplies so that Amy can make things with the kids. PAPER, COLORING BOOKS, CRAYONS, PAINT etc would be wonderful.
  • FIRST AID (particularly antibiotic cream) supplies, BABY SHAMPOOS, SOAP, BABY MULTI VITAMINS, DIAPERS
  • TOYS, BUBBLES, BALLS and BALL PUMPS, FRISBEES.
  • CLOTHING: they need clothing not only for the kids/babies but also for adults in the community that need help.

We need someone to warehouse the items and we will also need to prepare the items for shipping and make arrangements to ship the items to Africa.

This is a great answer to our prayers to be involved in Africa. Let’s go for it!!!!
