Ray of Hope Summer Program is a 7-week day camp for children with emotional, behavioral, and/or economic challenges ages 5-12 years old, offering fun and recreation, arts and crafts, field trips, one-on-one time, and life-skills classes; we also provide breakfast and lunch. This year’s camp runs July 2-August 17, 2007.
We have a wonderful opportunity for youth 16+ years and older to volunteer with Ray of Hope summer camp as a junior counselor. We believe that junior counselors are a vital element to the success of the camp experience and we look forward to working with youth in our area to help them build skills, provide and receive mentorship, and spiritual growth.
